Located in the space that previously housed our restaurants Onera, Kefi and Gus & Gabriel, 222 West 79th Street has become a testing ground for Psilakis’ concepts. We define this newest concept as a “seafood parlor”—wine bar meets seafood restaurant—with a concise menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes complemented by an extensive selection of wines, beers and spirits.’

The menu is structured so diners can shape their own culinary journey through pairing choices. Brackets around groupings of dishes suggest beverage categories for pairings. Categories of white wines include Crisp, Steel Fermented, Creamy and Oaky. Red groupings include Light, Fruit Driven and Bold. Beers, sakes and brown liquors are also categorized.
